We service clients who are either at the start of their investment journey, or who perhaps already have an investment portfolio. We guide and advise them on the strengths and weaknesses within their portfolio - for both asset and finance efficiencies or inefficiencies. We can offer ad hoc consultancy advice or more formal ongoing arrangements.
Alongside our breadth of experience in the property investment arena, we have intricate knowledge of how best to structure deal finance for our clients. We and our partners can offer all of market coverage for every type of finance. From Buy to Let mortgages, to commercial and development finance, bridging loans and mezzanine finance. We also have relationships with private investors and family offices for complex deals that require out of the box thinking.
After multiple decades within the property investment and development space, we have an enviable black book of industry connections, that bring us off market deals as well as being first to hear about those coming to market. Based upon our clients requirements, we can swiftly match opportunities to them and get them under control for purchase. We have tried and tested methods for assessing opportunities, and our clients achieve returns well in excess of the market average consistently.
We have developed a wide range of residential and commercial to residential projects across the UK. Within a GDV range of £1m to £25m and using a blend of equity and senior debt. Our most recent focus has been on developing properties specifically for the supported living market, either for long term hold, or to sell on to pension funds and family offices with the supported living contracts in situ.
Whilst the majority of our clients look to us to build their portfolios on their behalf, we have clients who come to us looking for us to provide education and mentoring services, so that they can build their portfolios for themselves. Equally, some clients look to diversify into small to medium development projects, that they require our experience to leverage against. 
We are committed to helping as many people as we can to build their wealth and secure financial freedom. We acknowledge however, that finding the relatively significant sums needed to build an investment portfolio, can be out of reach for the vast majority of hard working individuals and families. We created our model of collective investment, to allow those people to purchase shares in an asset owning company, alongside other such people - and for all to earn a proportional return on their investment.
