We have developed a wide range of residential and commercial to residential projects across the UK. Within a GDV range of £1m to £25m and using a blend of equity and senior debt. Our most recent focus has been on developing properties specifically for the supported living market, either for long term hold, or to sell on to pension funds and family offices with the supported living contracts in situ.
