We have been developing properties for both clients and ourselves for more than twenty years. Starting with modest refurbishments, our experience and projects grew to multi million pound planning and execution deals.

We have converted large commercial buildings into multiple apartments and placed new luxury apartments on top of high rise buildings, as well as having refurbished and extended hundreds of properties in the last two decades.

Many properties that we buy for our clients, will need an element of aesthetic upgrade, but occasionally we will match a larger, more complex opportunity to a client who has both the funds and appetite for this type of project. We have significant experience of allocating and working with the wide range of third party professionals required to execute a project efficiently, and can oversee this process for our clients if required.
